Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Admin Assistant to join our busy team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently provide administrative support to our Director, Project Managers, Surveyors and Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Experience in Construction administration is a plus but not essential.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Organise and maintain files, both physical and digital
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in managing calendars
- Prepare documents and reports as required
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity
Experience
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient at data entry and electronic filing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
