Attend departmental meetings and participate in MDT providing feedback to the clinical Attention to detail, organisation skills and precise and clear communication to all service users and stakeholders Confidentiality to be maintained at all times Monitor own time management to ensure all duties are carried out Maintain screening database using GP2DRS Ensure timely registration of all new notification of diabetics from incoming e-mails ad-hock, to ensure national requirements are met Assist in the maintenance of the service database and other related information systems using appropriate technologies Use own initiative without direct supervision but with the daily support and leadership of the Failsafe officers Expectation to be proactive and have a flexible approach, as this post requires a degree of initiative and flexibility Good administration skills and close attention to detail and the ability to produce work consistently to a high standard Strongly motivated to achieve results with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
