An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Admin Assistant/Receptionist at Leverndale Hospital


The postholder will ensure that an effective and efficient clerical/administrative service is delivered to the multi-disciplinary team which includes Managerial, Nursing and Occupational Therapy staff within Adult Inpatient Mental Health Services based at Leverndale Hospital. This will include reception duties, data input, record management and general typing


The postholder will have frequent contact with patients/carers, members of the public and staff. At all times they are expected to act in a courteous and professional manner. The post holder will support the generic functions and duties of the wider administrative team.


The postholder will be required to achieve the mandatory induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout employment


The postholder will be responsible to the Admin Team Lead.
