This is a permanent part time post and is an exciting opportunity for appropriately qualified and enthusiastic applicants to join the Health Visiting Business Support Team within North West Locality and carry out role of Clerical Officer/Receptionist initially based at Community Centre for Health.
The post holder will support services the Health Visiting service, and will be first point of contact for visitors and enable effective service and communication within Health Centre. Applicants will demonstrate good communication and organisational skills and ability to work without direct supervision. Daily workload will be varied and interesting with a range of administrative tasks as outlined in the Job Description and delegated by Senior Business Support Assistant and wider Team.
Knowledge of Microsoft Packages is essential and experience of working with EMIS, PECOS systems desirable.
