About the role:
Working in the Accounts Receivable team, this role supports with a variety of key tasks. These include posting daily receipts through our various payment platforms, raising sales invoices and handling incoming queries from students and commercial customers over the phone, on email and in person.
This position is 29 hours per week over 4 days with some flexibility available for the non working day.
About you:
The successful applicant will be a strong team player with a good level of attention to detail and accuracy. They will be confident communicating with stakeholders on the phone, over email and in person and have experience of working in a credit control, sales ledger or debt recovery team or activities. Applicants will have five GCSEs or equivalent at grade C/Grade 4, including English and Maths together with or working towards AAT Level 2 qualified or technical qualification in a Finance or Business Administrative related field or equivalent in role experience. Experience in Accounts Receivable is desirable but not essential.
