Overview
We are a busy and successful company seeking an experienced Accounts Office Administrator to join our team.
This is a key role in the business and you will play a crucial role.
Duties are varied and summarised as follows:
· Assisting Accounts Manager with accounts administration duties
· Invoicing / purchase invoicing
· Credit control
· Answering incoming telephone calls
· Arranging Customer Training – planning & booking
· Placing & tracking sales & orders
This is a Monday to Friday role based in our friendly and modern offices.
Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Mon-Thurs, 5pm finish on Friday.
Notes: In house training will be provided for our bespoke IT software.
Experience
- Experience in accounts & accounts administration is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook & Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of work is crucial.

Pay Range : £26,000 to £26,000 per year dependent on experience

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Accounts Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
