The Work
With technology rapidly becoming an inextricable part of every industry, our work spans multiple sectors, from healthcare, financial services, retail, automotive and more. This variety, along with our belief that the best communications programmes are integrated, mean our team members have the chance to contribute to, and learn from, a whole host of people and practices across the entire agency.
The role
Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and your work will involve strategy and planning, leading UK activation including media relations, executive profiling, content development, social media and events, as well as overseeing international markets to ensure they deliver plans effectively. You will also contribute to new business initiatives, mentor junior team members, and ensure the smooth running of client accounts through strong organizational and project management skills. You will also play a role in supporting the team on new business and marketing efforts to continue to grow the practice and current portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the day-to-day lead on a portfolio of client accounts. This will involve managing delivery of press office, newsroom and campaign focused activity, contributing to strategy and utilizing senior counsel as required.
- Ensuring a high standard of work and superior client service, always with an eye to driving the satisfaction that supports client retention and growth.
- Be a trusted advisor. Our clients want thought partnership, which means you need to understand their challenges and opportunities well as they do and offer smart strategic thinking to help them deliver meaningful impact internally.
- Create messaging grounded in audience insight, developing data-led communications programs and plans, offering forward-thinking expertise around channel and content strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of tactics and smart measurement to demonstrate success
- Contributing to the management of client budgets; overseeing the client budget development, tracking, billing and communications.
- Developing new business through networking and lead generation, responding to external briefs and cross-practice identified opportunities, identifying opportunities for organic growth, and supporting proposals and pitches.
- Developing integrated campaigns, working with specialists across the business while leading on activations.
- Playing a role in the development of our own sector specific thought leadership and events, as well as representing FH at industry networking events.
- Inspiring, mentoring and motivating junior team members to build a highly engaged, inclusive and productive team.
- Deliver continuous feedback; take every opportunity to be inclusive, provide guidance, counsel and support to colleagues.
Eligibility
You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work in our Bankside office at least 3 days p/week.
