Toddler Room Manager (SEND Training Desirable)
Location: Little Delwood, Eastleigh
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated 2-3's Room Manager to join our growing team at Little Delwood Nursery in Eastleigh. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional to lead our toddler room, creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the 2-3's Room, ensuring high standards of care and education.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child's progress.
- Support children with additional needs, working closely with the SENCO and external professionals.
- Oversee key person responsibilities, ensuring children’s individual needs are met.
- Carry out observations, assessments, and maintain accurate records.
- Mentor and support a small team of practitioners, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment where all children feel safe and valued.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Experience working in a nursery setting, with at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
- Knowledge of the EYFS and child development milestones.
- SEND training or experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about providing high-quality early years education.
- A warm, nurturing approach with the ability to inspire both children and colleagues.
