Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a Careers Adviser with experience and expertise in working with SEND and disadvantaged students to join the Careers team based at Gloucestershire College. This is a full-time role, but we’re happy to discuss part-time options with strong applicants.

We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic about making a difference – especially for SEND and disadvantaged learners. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team delivering 1:1 guidance, coordinating referrals, supporting UCAS applications, and helping run outreach projects that raise aspirations and open up opportunities.
