Role: Youth Team Coach
Location: Haringey, North London
Part-Time | Evenings & Weekends (seasonal schedule)
Start Date: 1st July 2025
About the Role:
You will be responsible for coaching one of our youth age groups (U13–U16), delivering high-quality training sessions in line with the Academy's philosophy, and supporting players' development on and off the pitch. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive, and challenging environment where players can thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate coaching sessions
- Support player development with a focus on technical, tactical, and personal growth
- Provide feedback to players and parents as needed
- Attend matches and tournaments
- Work collaboratively with other coaches and Academy staff
Requirements:
- Level 2 or UEFA C Essential, UEFA B Desirable
- Safeguarding and First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain)
- Experience working with youth players, ideally in a girls’ football setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for player development and women's football
