Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit someone to work both in the yard and on the trade counter based at our Mahon Road Branch, Portadown. We are looking for the right person with a positive, hardworking attitude that will work across various areas within the branch.

What will your new role entail?
- Deliver a fast, friendly and professional experience to every customer, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, face to face and over the telephone, building strong working relationships
- Provide product advice and serve calling customers
- Picking orders to meet customer requirements
- Assisting yard personnel with the loading of customer and company vehicles
- General housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy yard and production area
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome and respected.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the yard, trade counter and shop floor, ensuring all hazards are reported or dealt with promptly.

- Ability to work both individually and as part of a branch team
- Knowledge or a keen interest in building materials, hardware and timber
- Ideally experience of working in a yard environment, Forklift Truck experience and/or trade counter
