CHISWICK

Our Chiswick location has been established since 2001 and is the Honda Flagship dealership in London offering cars, motorcycles, marine and lifestyle products.

With comprehensive manufacturer training and a supportive team, this is your chance to be part of a forward-thinking dealership.

What you will be doing:

  • Correctly interpret instructions from job cards/repair orders
  • Ensure all technicians received the training required, comply with repair instructions and stipulated settings and manufacturer manuals
  • Plan, allocate and supervise all work done. Ensure work is completed correctly and reported, and make sure the service team is made aware of any delays or extra parts required
  • Report any loss, shortage, damage or malfunction of tools and equipment or if any additional tools or equipment are required

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience working as a Workshop Manager / Controller
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with others well
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good at problem-solving, decision making and delegation
  • Able to support and motivate others in your team
