Overview
As a workshop assistant, you will be assisting our dedicated and hardworking team of employees in the Order Fulfilment Department who are responsible for making and dispatching all our online orders. This a varied role assisting throughout the full production cycle - Picking, Manufacturing and Dispatching.
Person Specification
You will be hard working, reliable and flexible with a hands-on enthusiastic can-do attitude.
Previous experience of order fulfilment or Jewellery making would be beneficial, as would any previous use of the following machinery but full training will be given:
Sublimation - Mug press, Heat Press
Engraving Systems - Laser, Gem and Zing
DTG
UV
Duties (Will include, but not be limited to)
Picking
- Picking orders throughout the day
- Accurate use of the order management system
- Ability to identify product variants and SKUs to enable accurate use of HHTs and picking errors
Manufacturing
- Understanding of personalisation reports
- Accurately produce all Personalised products
- Liaising with customer service regarding any quires
- Make all orders within set time frames
Dispatch
- Accurate use of order management and courier systems to ensure all goods are dispatched within correct time frames.
Goods In
Assist order fulfilment manager in accepting all goods received with a high level of quality control .Adjusting stock movements correctly when goods have been received.
Hours of work
42 hours a week
Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30
However must be willing to work evening and weekends during our peak trading periods.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
