We are seeking a dedicated and professional Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to a high standard, enhancing the overall appearance of residential and commercial properties. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients while maintaining a safe working environment.
Duties
- Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good condition and report any issues promptly.
- Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, both on-site and in the vehicle used for transportation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in window cleaning or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A valid driving licence is required to travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical fitness is necessary, as the role involves climbing ladders and working at heights.
- Working off ladder for flat roof access full training provided.
