Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wellness Workshop Leader to facilitate wellness education sessions and hands-on workshops in professional business environments across [City, State]. You will lead scripted and interactive presentations designed to inspire healthier habits and create meaningful participant engagement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate wellness workshops and educational sessions at client sites
- Lead participants through guided activities, exercises, and discussions
- Memorize and deliver scripted content with clarity and enthusiasm
- Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a respectful, productive environment
- Use visual aids, real-life examples, and interactivity to enhance engagement
- Adapt delivery based on group needs and energy levels
- Collaborate with the internal NWCW team to refine and evolve content
- Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging space for all participants
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating wellness workshops or similar sessions
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills
- Proven ability to deliver scripted content accurately and engagingly
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work with diverse audiences in varied workplace cultures
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and presentation tools
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications in wellness, fitness, coaching, or health education
- Experience in corporate wellness environments
- High energy and passion for promoting well-being through education
