Are you ready to make a difference as our next Activities Coordinator?

As our Activities Coordinator, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and lead engaging programs, outings, and events for our residents. You'll ensure that each activity reflects the unique preferences and wishes of the residents, providing them with meaningful opportunities for social connection and personal growth.


Your role will also involve coordinating events within the home, supporting residents in maintaining social networks, and ensuring activities meet best practice standards and align with our budget. Your creativity and dedication will help enhance the lives of our residents, creating experiences they’ll cherish. What Skills and Experience Are We Looking For?

  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire a team or group
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with others
  • Quick and accurate problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including using relevant software and tools
  • Previous experience working in a care environment (highly desirable)
  • Experience supporting individuals, particularly those with additional needs
  • An understanding of event planning, practices, and techniques
  • A valid driver’s license (preferred)
