The Role: Welcome Desk Host (Woodland Check-In Assistant)
As part of the Woodland Check-in team, you’ll be the first to welcome guests and set the scene for their magical journey.
You will:
- Provide a warm welcome and create an unforgettable first impression
- Use our guest system to check visitors in and share key information
- Assist latecomers so they can re-join their tour quickly
- Deliver world-class service, resolving guest issues with professionalism and festive spirit
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and guest-focused individuals
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Able to stand for long periods and complete moderate physical tasks
- Happy to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

- Paid training: Oct 25 – Nov 25
- Open to the public: 11th Nov 25 – 24th Dec 25
Pay & Benefits
