We are looking to recruit 4 Weekend Production Operatives to ensure the proper performance of production lines and the manufacturing of high-quality tea product. This is a Friday-Sunday role, working 6am-6pm (36 hours per week). There is a pay uplift upon completion of training schedule.

The key duties and responsibilities of this role are to:
- Correctly pack and palletise a variety of tea products
- Operate machinery, ensuring highest possible efficiency
- Accurately complete quality documentation
- Strictly adhere to all H&S and food safety procedures, as well as other company policies
- Ensure adherence to all quality standards, with a focus on brand integrity
- Always maintain a clean and organised workspace, following 5S principles
- Show a comprehensive understanding and application of HACCP and CCP’s
- Foster clear communication and collaboration with team members
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives (such as Lean)
The key skills for this role are:
- Experience within a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Organised and flexible approach
- Good communication skills
