Job Overview
We are seeking a weekend Handy Man / Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves performing various maintenance and communal area cleaning tasks in a residential setting every Saturday and Sunday 10am to 2pm at a large HMO in Maidstone.
Duties
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with tenants to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Clean the communal areas.
Skills
- Proficient in a variety of maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Good organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
