We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Serve beverages and food items to guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Prepare and mix drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through upselling techniques and recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food items.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Skills
- Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not essential.
- Basic culinary knowledge, including food safety practices.
- Ability to perform basic maths for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
