Overview
Due to recent growth, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Weekend Assistant to join our current team. This role is predominantly an administrative support role but with the occasional in-person viewing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners, fostering positive relationships.
- Handle incoming correspondence and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Be able to show prospective tenants around properties in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to start as soon as possible.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
