Role Overview: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Wealth Management Associate to drive operational excellence and project efficiency for our UK Multi-Family Office. You will act as the central point of accountability, ensuring seamless collaboration among internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary coordinator and accountability lead for all operational initiatives relating to the UK MFO business.
  • Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure projects progress efficiently and on schedule.
  • Coordinate closely with internal functions, including Legal, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Facilitate communication and manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as custodian banks and service providers.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and implement improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in wealth management, project management, operations coordination, or similar roles within banking, consulting, or fintech.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
