JOB PURPOSE
To support the production of ceramic sample boards and assist with general warehouse operations, including order picking and site maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as part of a team to create ceramic sample boards to company standards
- Cut ceramic tile samples (full training provided; PPE supplied)
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock handling and organisation
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse and production areas
- Support day-to-day operational needs as required
- Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant work place.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team in a hands-on environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Heavy lifting / Manual handling
