Salary: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy fabrication plant in Four Ashes. This is a hands-on role requiring physical fitness and attention to detail. You will assist with pulling and picking orders, as well as loading and unloading lorries to support our production and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pull and pick orders to meet dispatch deadlines
- Safely load and unload lorries
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided if required)
- Perform basic IT tasks related to inventory and order tracking
Requirements:
- Reasonable level of physical fitness
- Basic to moderate IT skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Multidirectional loader licence
