Warehouse Operative – Full-Time (EMPU)

ARCT Transport is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in Livingston. We offer an attractive 4-days over 7 shift pattern, allowing for better work-life balance and structured rest.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Accurately checking goods in and out of the warehouse
- Operating across multiple digital platforms – computer literacy is essential
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a smooth operation
- Problem-solving in real-time – no two days are the same
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and stock integrity
- Supporting customer service excellence both internally and externally
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate
- Clean UK driving licence (advantageous, not essential)
- Forklift experience is preferred
- Awareness of Health & Safety and safe systems of work within a warehouse setting
