Job Title: Warehouse Fashion Operations Assistant

About the role
As our Warehouse Fashion Operations Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of FERAL's behind-the-scenes action — working closely with the Operations Manager to make sure every item, order, and process is running smoothly.
You’ll help keep our warehouse space flowing — tidy, safe, and fully stocked. One day you might be receiving and counting new inventory, the next you’re packing up orders for our latest drop. No two days will be the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Stock management — track, organise, and maintain stock levels
- Order packing — carefully and efficiently pack customer orders (presentation matters!)
- Inventory checks — count and log stock when shipments arrive
- Warehouse upkeep — keep the space clean, organised, and safe
- Support further operations — assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks such as customer service
- Stay agile — adapt quickly to the changing pace of a fast-moving brand
Who we’re looking for
- Someone organised, reliable, and up for learning
- You’re efficient can work independently but enjoy being part of a small team
- Have great attention to detail – spotting when things are off and reporting it
- Comfortable juggling a few tasks at once and keeping on top of the details
- Happy to be in a fast-moving, small team where no two days are the same
- You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
