Warehouse / Despatch Collator
Darwen, Lancashire
Full-time | Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–2pm
WEC Group Ltd – Privately owned for over 45 years and one of the North West’s leading, multi-award-winning engineering companies – is currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Warehouse / Despatch Collator to join our growing Laser department in Darwen.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Kit, count, check and shrink-wrap goods
- Book stock into logistics racking using our internal system
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
- Ensure products are stored properly and warehouse standards are maintained
- Check incoming goods and distribute them across departments
Required Skills & Experience
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (Side loader preferred)
- Overhead crane, slinging, and lifting experience
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or despatch experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
