Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Skills
- Strong hospitality background with previous restaurant or bar experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide outstanding guest services, creating memorable experiences for patrons.
- Proficient in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience in preparing mocktails and desserts.
