We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic waiting staff to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have a memorable visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and serving stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in serving roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is willing to assist colleagues as needed.
