Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Strictly adhere to all relevant legislation and policies relating to health and safety and food hygiene
Skills:
- Strong culinary knowledge to assist customers with menu choices
- Proficient in food preparation and handling techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent guest service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs promptly
- Upselling skills to increase sales and enhance the dining experience for customers
- Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
