As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverage.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell where appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Handle payments efficiently while providing excellent guest service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues when needed.

Expected hours: 38 – 48 per week
