Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This position requires a blend of culinary knowledge, time management skills, and a keen ability to upsell menu items effectively.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders while providing detailed information about menu items.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and service.
- Working knowledge of French Food and wines will be advantage
- Upsell menu items by suggesting specials or complementary dishes to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is an advantage.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
