The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced, mission-driven VP-level CISO to lead and scale our Security, Compliance, and IT functions. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role that will ensure we remain secure, resilient, and compliant as we scale globally.
You will be responsible for defining and implementing our information security strategy, evolving our IT and compliance operations, and building a proactive culture of security across the business. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure security and compliance are enablers of growth, not blockers.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, trust, and regulation.

Own and evolve the company-wide security strategy across infrastructure, application, and corporate environments.
Lead our global compliance programs (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, CE), ensuring we meet regulatory and customer trust requirements.
Manage and scale our IT function, ensuring a secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital workplace.
Partner closely with engineering to embed “secure by default” principles into our architecture and development lifecycle.
Establish and maintain risk & governance structures, security policies, and incident response procedures.
Lead internal risk assessments and external audits, and build trusted relationships with auditors and customers.
Develop and implement a scalable procurement process for security and IT tools, ensuring a balanced approach to risk versus benefit, and making informed decisions on technology investments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all things security and compliance, internally and externally.
Evangelize a security-first culture and lead security awareness initiatives across the company.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of security, compliance, and IT professionals.
About you
Proven leadership experience as a CISO or senior security executive in a high-growth tech company.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - able to influence at all levels and across disciplines.
A strategic mindset with hands-on capability: you can zoom out to set vision and zoom in to solve real-world problems.
Experience managing and growing teams across security, compliance, and IT functions.
A growth-oriented, collaborative leadership style and a passion for enabling others through secure, reliable systems.
Bonus Points For
Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, edtech, or healthtech
