What you’ll be doing: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the small, friendly, and busy physiotherapy service at SeeAbility in Tadley as a Volunteer Admin and Office Support assistant. This role is crucial in helping our physiotherapy team continue to provide life-changing care to young people with complex health conditions by ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Physiotherapy Team.
- Book, reschedule, and manage patient appointments and team diaries.
- Make and receive telephone calls to organise appointments and respond to queries.
- Write and send emails related to scheduling, equipment orders, and team communications – with clear guidance from the team.
- Assist in ordering physiotherapy supplies and equipment.
- Create and update documents, including templates and forms – with guidance from the team.
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, laminating, and filing.
- Type up minutes from meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Use Microsoft Office and Teams for document creation and communication.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
