Viewing agent required to show potential tenants around our professionally housed HMO’s.
Full use of a car and a valid driving licence essential.
Must be self employed and able to send invoices for payment
Flexible time, viewings to be conducted within the week and one day of the weekend.
At times you may also be required to dress the rooms with the items given and also undress prior to a tenancy taking place.
Approximately two to seven hours a week depending on demand.
£20 commission for each room rented.
