We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy veterinary practice.
As the first point of contact for our customers and the general public, the right candidate requires excellent customer service skills and will have previous reception or hospitality experience.
The position is 40 hours over 5 days per week, covering a number of shifts including some weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Answering phone calls, emails and greeting customers in practice.
Managing the appointment diary and keeping customers records up to date.
Taking payments, assisting with debt control and cashing up.
Dealing with food/medication orders and all customer enquiries.
Keeping the reception and the waiting area clean, tidy and well stocked.
Working with different teams to provide excellent customer service and patient care.
