We are seeking a Vehicle Finisher to join our team to complement our existing fabrication team be involved with the production of panels used in constructing and converting panel vans into Temperature Controlled Vehicles.
The duties include but are not limited to the following as a Vehicle Finisher:
- Daily finishing and quality control of vehicles
- Removing all imperfections
- Use sealants and adhesives to finish vehicles.
- Deliver high standard of work to ensure deadlines are met.
- Securing panels to vehicles
- Working on various projects and vehicles in the production process.
- Comply with Health & Safety requirements.
- Training for the specifics of the role will be provided.
- Quality checking.
- Carry out any general tasks when asked by your Manager

Skills and experience
- Experience of sealants and adhesives
- Ability to use variety of tools.
- Have pride in workmanship and have great attention to detail.
- Ability to visually detect imperfections and defects.
- Be prepared to learn new skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Confident to work independently
- Must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of a team to achieve productivity goals.
- Correct use of PPE
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Responsible for keeping a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Hours of work
- 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
- Weekend work and overtime available
Salary
- From £12.50 - £16.00 based on experience
