We are seeking a proactive and well-connected University Partnership & Contracts Manager to establish and secure student recruitment agreements with universities and higher education providers. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiating terms, and managing ongoing relationships to support our growth as a trusted recruitment partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach UK universities for student recruitment partnerships
- Negotiate agency agreements, MOUs, and commercial terms
- Develop strong relationships with admissions and international offices
- Represent the company in meetings, calls, and education fairs (virtual/in-person)
- Maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities and report regularly on progress
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and marketing teams to align goals
- Ensure contract compliance and timely renewal of agreements
- Stay informed about trends and requirements in higher education recruitment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in student recruitment or education partnership development
- Strong network of contacts within UK and international universities (preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £30.00-£150.00 per hour
