TYRE FITTER.
Hedin Automotive BMW & MINI is looking for a Tyre Fitter to join the Service Workshop at our Enfield centre. This is a great opportunity to develop your career with one of the world’s most admired brands in the automotive industry.
YOUR ROLE.
As a Tyre Fitter you’ll be responsible for carrying out tyre inspections, fittings, repairs, and related stock control. Working within our fast-paced Service Department, you’ll ensure all work meets BMW UK standards while delivering a seamless and professional experience to every customer. This hands-on role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards expected of our brand.
THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
- Carry out vehicle inspections and assess tyre requirements
- Fit new tyres, repair punctures, perform wheel alignments and check TPMS
- Meet or exceed departmental KPIs and targets
- Work closely with the Parts Department to manage tyre stock and report any losses or damage
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and exceed customer expectations
- Assist in resolving customer complaints in line with company policy
- Drive safely on-site, adhering to all site safety protocols
YOUR PROFILE.
- Prior experience as a Tyre Fitter or Vehicle Technician
- Be eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid, clean UK Driving Licence.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to support colleagues
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate excellent manual dexterity and proficient driving skills.

SALARY AND HOURS.
Basic salary £27,500 per annum with an OTE of £32,780 per annum.
Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm.
