We are a family run business, established in 1985. We provide residential care for the elderly.
This position is to work 4.00pm - 10.00pm. Must work some weekends. Three to Four shifts a week with the opportunity of picking up extra.
To provide and assist in day and night duty cover in the home. Carry out regular checks around the home at intervals determined by the Manager and with due regard for the clients privacy.
Carry out regular checks on the building with special reference to fire protection.
Answer call bells, emergency bells, assess the situation, deal with clients seeking help. Assist care users who need help, reassurance or comfort.
Assist care users preparing for bed and waking in the morning.
Read and write reports in case notes.
Take part in staff meetings and training activities as directed.
Carry out reasonable duties as may be directed.
