Celkom Transport is a local family run business. Due to continued expansion, now requires an additional Transport Planner to join our existing dedicated and professional team . We run a fleet of over 30 vehicles on General Haulage and pallet Network
You will be required to build strong client relationships with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
- Plan loads ensuring deliveries are on time and exceed KPI’s.
- Experience with pallet network and general Haulage
- Ensure bespoke computer systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with planning workloads ensuring compliance with driver’s hours and working time directive legislation.
- Deal with and resolve any queries relating to service issues
- Ensure all vehicles are monitored and tracked..
- Working within a close team
- Monday -Friday days
- Maximise efficiencies whilst reducing costs
The Person
-Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
-Good geographical knowledge
-Good organiser
-Driven by continual improvement and high personal standards
-Must have a previous experience in Transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
