About the team:
The role will be part of the Business Operations Solution Consulting team responsible for supporting all new business, change initiatives, product projects and business process improvements. This team works with the wider business to assess the impact of Change on our Operational teams, looking for mitigations to any risks or issues identified and find solutions to enable those teams to successfully support the implementation of the change initiative.
What you will be doing:
You will take ownership of the delivery for specific initiatives and product workstreams working closely with other departments to design the new functionality and processes on a global scale. As a senior member and SME for the team you will utilise your business knowledge to oversee the delivery of multiple projects and product workstreams to successfully deliver new functionality and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead analysis to identify where solutions are required for projects, product initiatives and workstreams
Finding and owning Solutions, able to identify best in class solutions to technically challenging issues
Investigation of the business area and processes to gain wide understanding of the scope of functionality being delivered
Capturing key requirements and documenting end to end processes
Responsible for outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to key stakeholders
Understanding Issues, questions and probes to uncover underlying issues
Status Reporting, both written and verbal, to senior stakeholders including progress, risk and issues
Communicates effectively with other Project resources, on progress of tasks and identification of risks / issues that may affect the smooth progression of the projects
Ensure compliance with all regulations and legislation, such as FCA, DPA, TCF
Management of multiple projects, product workstreams and junior team members
What you bring:
Experience of defining business requirements and presenting back to leadership
Planning and monitoring experience
Proven Cost benefit analysis and Process modelling experience
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Status Reporting including risk and issues
Capturing key requirements and documenting end to end processes
Added Bonus if you have:
Experience working on a Global level
Additional language skills
Insight on Payments ecosystem
Be available to work outside of normal business hours if needed due to the nature of the role
