The Role
We’re looking for Trainee Surveyors to join our Estimating team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role – ideal for those who are practical, willing to learn, and ready to build a long-term career in the construction industry.
What you'll do:
- Travel to sites across the UK to carry out surveys (roofing, windows, safeguarding and more.
- Complete measured site surveys and meet with specialist subcontractors.
- Prepare accurate drawings, site plans, and bills of quantities.
- Support the Estimating Director and wider team on project bids.
What We’re Looking For
- A full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn – no prior experience needed (full training provided)
- DBS check (we will arrange this)
