Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Trainee Site Supervisor for our nationwide energy efficiency installation projects. Training and qualifications will be provided to the right candidate to develop their career into a site supervisor. Our trainee must have exemplary customer service skills and the ability to engage well with all levels of clients and stakeholders to ensure a smooth operational flow. They must also be able to maintain exemplary records and ensure best practise is embedded throughout. Health and safety is our number one priority and we would expect our site supervisor to ensure we operate safely at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Inductions / tool box talks
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and report to the project manager
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities
Experience and skills:
- 5 years construction experience
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction sector
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willing to travel nationally
This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Site Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful construction projects. This role requires extensive travel mid-week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
