An exciting opportunity is available at our Worcester branch for a Full-Time Trainee Sales Advisor
New technology means the world of garden machinery is changing. The emphasis in product development by the market-leading manufacturers is now heavily focused on robotic and battery-powered equipment and we are looking for someone in our sales team to embrace this.
Based at our Worcester showroom, we are looking for a dynamic sales person, with a keen interest in garden machinery to help develop both new and existing business.
The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated, eager to learn using manufacturers online and face-to-face learning programs, enjoy dealing with customers and will work well as part of a dedicated sales team.
Ideal candidates
· Interested applicants would have an interest in and/or knowledge of garden machinery. Experience of operating gardenmachineryand being mechanically minded would be advantageous.
· Must be computer literate and numerate.
· Hold a valid driving licence.
· Have excellent customer service skills.
· Willingness to learn and to partake in ongoing manufacturer training to enhance your knowledge on the products we sell.
· Sales experience would be beneficial
· Must be pleasant and courteous with customers in the showroom and on the telephone.
Working hours are:
March to October: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
November to February: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Will be required to work Saturday mornings at overtime rate in the summer months and on a rota basis in the winter.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
