This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their career in the construction industry, with potential for growth and increased responsibilities over time.

As a Trainee Remedial Supervisor, you will work alongside an experienced supervisor in a team of two, under their direct guidance. Initially, your primary focus will be to learn the required skills from your supervisor while contributing to the completion of key tasks.

Team Collaboration: You may work with other Supervisors, particularly to cover for team members on leave or absent due to illness; We may place you with a different Supervisor in order to further develop your skills.

Early Start: Early morning starts are a regular part of the role, as our supervisors typically begin work early to avoid traffic and to also hopefully finish earlier.
