About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to ensure the smooth running of our office. We’ll provide full training, so no prior experience is necessary — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and answering the phone in a polite and professional manner
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning
- Supporting other departments as needed
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (training will be given)
- Punctual and reliable
