This is a role for a Trainee Personal Finance Broker
Basic Salary: £24,000 + Commission OTE £30K (uncapped)
Location: – Alton, Hampshire - only a 1 minute walk from Alton train station

The Role: Office Based
- You will be the main point of contact between Pegasus Finance and our customers, helping to arrange finance from start to finish offering quality customer service in a compliant manner
- Conducting a qualification call to understand the customers' needs and where they are up to on their buying journey
- Proactively contacting dealerships and finance companies to assist with the completion of the loan
- Managing your pipeline effectively while working within a tight knit team and supporting other team members
- Continually working on your training and development to stay up to date on the latest processes, lender products and regulations

This role would suit someone with a mature attitude, and previous sales or customer care experience would be of benefit.
The ideal candidate needs to be hard working and focused on providing fantastic customer service in a fast-paced environment. A great positive attitude, attention to detail and good admin skills as well as the willingness to learn are required.

Monday-Thursday – 9am-5:30pm
Friday – 9am-5pm
