We are a freight forwarder specialising in Air and Ocean shipments, organising the movement of freight from A to B globally. We are recruiting for someone to train within our Export department. You will assist the team with customs clearance and documentation tasks - with opportunity to develop further over time.
Required Skills for the Role as follows:
- High Attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and multitask
- Enjoy working within a team
- Computer literate (preferably Excel experience)
- Confident phone manner
- Customer Service experience preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities of the Role as follows:
- Manage shipments including customs clearance documentation and arranging deliveries
- Track shipments and update clients in the shipping process
- Deal with customer service enquires and queries
- Process invoice queries
- Ensure operational issues are documented
Please note this is an office based role, working 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary dependant on previous job experience and skills.
