About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Business Centre Consultant to join our Business Centre team. The role will initially involve basic duties, and will evolve over time as the successful candidate learns more about the products and services that we offer, with the expectation that they will become a fully trained Toyota-approved Business Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Assist business customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities and achieve maximum business retention
- Liaise with Toyota GB
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous motor trade experience in either sales or aftersales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and deliver a personalised customer experience
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
